    I would give 5 stars however, less than 1 year into purchase, microwave died. Received credit for the purchased price of the microwave but nothing for the 3 remaining years on the service plan without going through the hassle of filing a claim with the manufacturer.

    I will always purchase this protection. I had a washer and dryer that over the years that could mot be repaired. Contacted the Geek Squad and got brand new machines at no charge. I did purchase the protection plan.

    Most of the products I have taken to the Geek Squad to review were old products not of which were usuable. They were able to recycle them for me. I have a product that has files on it but they said I may need to send to another place and pay? All the workers have been helpful and polite to me.
