I HAVE ONLY BROUGHT BACK ONE ITEM OUT OF NUMEROUS ITEMS IT WAS A MICROWAVE- THEY GAVE A FULL REUND 18 MONTHS LATER WHEN I RETURNED IT

All this products work well and still working up to this day.

Best thing you can do for yourself is buy the extended warranty. These guys and gals know their stuff and will get you rolling again before you know it
