Very disappoited with the 1st agent i talked to, he did not seem to understand that Geek Squad dies more than just computers. He wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting until i had to go involve a syore manager.

Were very happy with this service I would recommend this to a friend.

The wait time is horrible at times questioned if it’s real

It's very good in size and has alot of options in it. Can cook almost anything in it. I haven't really use my oven ever since getting it. The only thing is the door sensor doesn't work now and have to get it fixed.

Geek Squad good for in store repair and exchanges. I had my Sony receiver need repair and the time it took to get it repaired was no better then if I sent it to Manufacture under the warranty. Just got email today that repairs are done.

Haven't needed them yet; but, being immobile myself, I cannot visit the store (much less with my machine). This kind of coverage should cover home visits for those in my situation.

Got this with my microwave since read they dont last like they use too. but i didt need it cause it did last. So kind of a waste of getting this service.

Holy bad words! I will never use geek squad for a Mac product again. Chased it across country for most of the summer....got bogus reassurances...it was wiped-not can't get any income tax info for past years (it's on an external hard drive) because computer won't talk to back up. Caught geeks in several lies, because they figure the public isn't technologically savvy as them. Finally reunited with machine in October. After calling and calling about icemaker issues, I finally googled problem and can clear it myself. I'm saying I'd recommend the service because it depends on the applicance/tech that needs attention.

Never use it, I needed to use them once, but couldn’t contact them, so my purchase was still good for return, so I returned it

Does not offer home service to all items. This should be clearly stated. I am getting it for this purpose. Not all appliances, just some. Not able to bring to store. Might as well not have the protection.

It is too early to have an opinion because my product has not failed.

Here we are 13 months after purchase & the number panel has lost function for numbers 7, 8, & 9 on the microwave. Needless to say my elderly mom is frustrated, but I told her I bought the geek squad 4 year extended warranty so I am expecting Best Buy to replace this appliance. Problem is there is no Best Buy near their home so we will have to drive with it to a city with a Best Buy I suppose.

Sound good when purchasing the computer don’t know if I really need it though but better safe then sorry if anything go out up to 10 items I’m covered so at least that’s good

Really haven’t used it. I just buy it to give me peace of mind.

Works as intended when things need to be looked at geek squad is there to help.
