I have been trying for over a year to get not 1 but 2 TV's fixed, that I paid for the extended warranty on. But due to Covid, they claim that they can't come to your home to fix the big TV and the stores were closed for me to take the 39 inside. So, exactly. Wth did I pay for ? I have 2 TV's sitting in the boxes STILL waiting to be fixed.

I hope I never have to use it , Worth the money if you do have to ...

I am happy with this camera. Good as a point and shoot model for vacations where you take a lot of pictures. Easy to throw in your purse. Not an SRL but takes better pictures than I expected.

Whats to say ? Its a insurance policy if it breaks , thats it ...

Great thing to have. Coverage on any purchased product that guarantees you that your product will be covered in case of any manufacturer defect.

While I enjoy Best Buy's geek squad protection plans I dread calling for issues I always have such a language barrier

It's insurance. if you're good to your stuff you'll probably never use it

The delivery was made with NO information of how I was to get the Geek service that I ordered. I called and they gave me an installation date for 2 weeks. Actually, it took about 3 weeks between delivery of the microwave oven and Geek Squad arrival. Their arrival was delayed twice. The oven was great, but the Geek Squad service was horrible.

The warranty serves no purpose. I bought a warranty being told I could wait 4-6 weeks just to get a microwave replaced/ repaired when being told originally I could come in and replace the item in store if it didn’t work.

No choice with everything never lasting long at all

No issued with products so I haven’t used it. Probably should not have bought it in the first place.

Just pay the guarantee because the product look fragile

Not sure this is worth the money. You have to pay for the year overlap with the warranty.

I bought mainly for hubby and I will try tea because I always wanted one but it’s just okay

Neither good or bad, yet, as I have not used it. However, the coverage that comes if I need it is satisfactory. I hope not to need it!

Does the job … descent size for the price…. Is kinda loud

This microwave started humming and smoking less than 4 months from purchase date. Geek squad was no help. They just said to contact whirlpool. There is no point in buying the $49.99 geek squad service on a microwave.
