Absolutely horrible online purchase. This was supposed to be the top tier used product in excellent condition. When I received it it was filthy dirty there was a dent on the back. The item has been discontinued so I could not exchange it for another one and had to return it.

A sham and a shame. Currently returning an item and they only want to cover what I paid instead of the non discounted price. I was told I could return for full price under manufacture’s warranty and added 2 year service plan. Buttons stopped working on microwave.

I purchased the 4 year warranty. My microwave died and had to be shipped somewhere to be repaired, replaced or refunded with an estimated 4 week wait. In meantime….NO microwave.

Have not used this warranty yet hope not to some peace of mind with the protection

Geek Squad is overpriced insurance. Our daughter in law wanted it. I'd never buy it.

I'm repurchasing the Geek Squad protection, I have not had to use it yet. So I can't really rate it fairly

Difficult to get ahold of someone and to get anything repaired during covid

Plan is a bit pricey, however I feel it was needed.

Easy to use the first time for a small appliance, but if the replacement product fails, too, this plan is hard to use and the plan is automatically canceled.

1st microwave I purchased it stop working less than a year! Which is bad. This came in handy.

Wasn't able to use it expired before my microwave went .

No issues so far. Microwave has not yet had any problems.

i was not happy with the geeksquad,.i bought my phone withe the geek squad when my phone has issues the said that i need to pay extra 100$ before the will attented any repair work,meanwhile i paid for the geeksquad protection already

I was instructed by Best Buy to bring the microwave in after it died. When I brought it in, the geek squad said I was supposed to use the at home services. Can’t tell you how mad I was.

The sales person always says all these things t h at are covered by geek squad but only have of it is true. Takes a long time to get through on the phone, guy that comes out to address issues usually doesn't have the parts or knows not much about what is going on

The microwaves are leaking out of the microwave oven itself, which results in very poor heating and sever interference with other devices in the household.

got the extended warranty for a microwave, figured why not.

It doesn’t tack on to the manufacturing warranty but works side by side with manufacturer warranty which is useless. Why would we need 2 warranties for the same first year?!?
