We haven’t had the need to use the Geek squad, but I’m glad their service is available

Extremely disappointed in the 4 year protection plan. I purchased a microwave and was told the 4 year plan was a full replacement plan, so I bought it. That turned out not to be true. The microwave lasted 33 days before it completely stopped heating. Instead of a replacement they sent it out for repair (2-3 weeks). If it costs too much to fix, they said they’d give me a store credit for the purchase price. And if I choose to buy a new one, I’d have to purchase a new protection plan. I’ll also lose the $70 off for the sale price if it’s not still on sale. So if it can’t be fixed, my “4 year protection plan” will have lasted 33 days, it will have cost me $110, and I won’t even have a microwave, just a store credit that doesn’t include what I paid for the protection plan. The protection plan is definitely not worth it, especially if the product only lasts a few weeks.

Great I love it it works very well. U just have to hear ur food up more then one time but overall it’s great

When you have to use the warranty service the geek squad is fantastic. I don’t like buying warranties but in some cases it just makes sense.

I use to thing this was a rip-off but now anything I buy that is electronic I will get this service. It is well worth it.

I like to be safe on the products I always buy. BB offers such a nice plan. I always get it and they always have my back.

Geek Squad has been extremely helpful in the past. Their protection plan has come in very handy with my laptops over the past year.

So far everything is going good, was A bit disappointing because the warranty online is better than what was offered in the store.

I figure that on certain items that I buy it seems better to have that EXTRA protection for a little longer!

It only purchased 2 years for this microwave either because of the price or that's all they offered. I can't remember but this is a expensive microwave so I have no regrets.

When I bought my 1,1 cu. ft. Insignia Microwave, I also purchased the Geek Squad protection plan to cover ay problems with the microwave

Not a fan of protection plans, but when spending a lot of money, I want the ability to bring the item to the store and have it replaced when I know it doesnt work anymore.
