I use this item almost daily and haven't had any issues with it!

I bought this unit last year and has worked great and kept my small RV nice and cold, but this year it has not been cooling the way it was when i fisrt bought it. My Rav is not as cold as it used to be and im having to keep it at ots lowest temp to keep it some what cool in here. I regularly clean out the filter and have done all the checks on troubleshooting. I bought the extended warranty but i dont know how to go about to see what best buy can do for this unit

This is a good source for cooling off you home… the only downside would be when the pan on the bottom fills with water. There should be a way to empty the water without having to move the unit outside or where ever you decide to dump it.

Although i’ve been told only a sucker buys an extended warranty or protectiob beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. And let me tell you how glaf i am that I ignored that bad advice.atThe day before mt Grek Squad Protection Plan was set to expire, and a year after the ManuWarranty expired, I went in (by appointment) to have BB honor the geek squaf protection plan and it went better than hoped . AC not working/condenser had gone out on a portable AC,they said since they no longer carry that item they would refund my entire purchase including the geek squad protection plan. i was able to buy an even better replacement AC Wow!!! Even had enough left over to but a new tv i found on “Deal of the Day “online Win/Win!

We bought the extra warranty for this a/c unit. We had to learn the hard way. We bought a portable a/c unit from Amazon and it stopped working 2 days after the Amazon return date and the seller was no hope even though it had a 1 year warranty. Now we have the comfort knowing that Best Buy will take care of any warranty issues.

The service was excellent. The technician was very polite and helpful in explaining what was being and done. A true professional!

We just installed this unit one day ago and already very pleased with how quiet it is especially in low speed. Fairly simple to install with a good manual and online videos. The Clearview feature and quietness alone are worth the five stars!

Tv was broken they mad it easy to get a new one the next day. They even came to house

This one of the best protection in the market because o f the price and time of tjhe proteciton.

Came in handy for my ice maker. After having my ice maker for 6 months, it just went out on us during the hottest time of the year. Brought it in for the Geek squad to look at. Since they were not able to replace due to being out of production. They gave me a choice to pick an ice make of equal cost to replace it or anything of my choice ans pay the difference. Great to have, because you never know.

Protection plan is the best option incase your product has problems.

I have purchased Geek Squad Protection over the years for all big purchases from Best Buy and have been very happy! I have had lap top batteries replaced, lap tops repaired; received a brand new wireless telephone set, when the covered one stopped working (it was well used and a few years old, but still under the Geek Squad warranty). Best Buy and Geek Squad stand behind their warranty!

I’ve used the warranty in the past and while it’s great some products can have oddly high warranty prices

I feel much secure with geek squad protection as I am on a limited income and as a result can not afford to replace an item from normal wear and tear etc.
