I always get an extended warranty. Have never been sorry. When there is a problem it is quickly resolved. This is one of the reasons why I buy at Best Buy. You can’t beat the price anywhere.

I purchased the extended service protection. I have not had to use it yet, which is great, but what I can say is that it was simple to purchase, reasonably priced, and the terms were made very clear.

Not all service plans get used, but I have had to use one before so good to have. Would be nice to see some kind of return on unused service plans and warranties for the price though.

The agents did a great job. They helped bring my heavy stove up a tight apartment stairs to the 2nd floor and also brought out the old one. Great installation. They also informed us of how the stove works. Great service.

With the way somethings last these days, it can never hier to have an insurance policy. A Bissel Crosswave went bad after 2 years and the Geek Squad warranty replaced it with no questions asked.
