Won't honor warranty!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my air conditioner on April 12 of 2023. The unit had a 1 year warranty. I also purchased the Geek Squad 2 year extended warranty which says they cover your product AFTER the manufacture warranty. Now i come home today and my ac has stopped working i called to get it warrantied and am told i no longer have a warranty that it expired in April of 2025. I informed them they were wrong then they tell me the first year of my extended warranty runs concurrent with the manufacture warranty. So now they are refusing to honor what is written on their website. I have taken screen shots of what is on there and will be reaching out to an attorney to get this fixed since this is a deceptive practice.
