Bought Geek Squad warranty since ghos is a gift. Hope they don't need to use it.

I got this to go with my gaming monitor so that I would have zero worries for any future problems.

Monitor is 60hz, it is okay but for the price i could get a 120hz monitor and it would be better than this. Its overall not a bad monitor for low end consumers though.

Replaces stuff if it breaks. This is a definite buy for anyone that has concerns about their products.

I always buy extended warranties for Monitors. This warranty is one of the best!

Got the geek squad service for the samsung odyssey monitor. Did not have to use the services yet, thank god.

In MY opinion, if you don't make this purchase, you've made a mistake. It has proven well worth it to me to always purchase the four year package.

Item covered is used by a teenager who can be reckless at times. Felt this was a goof option to have.

Total Rip Off. Scam. Zero Need to purchase this; it will not cover anything that even just looks -like accidental damage -despite the sales clerk saying it would cover it like a small screen crack to sell me this useless insurance. 3 months into using the product - somehow a crack formed in the screen (i absolutely never touched it) but was told very dismissively by the Geek Squad tech they won't even look at it. the very lousy attitudes by geek squad techs at pentagon city is a different concern all together. Worse decision ever to go ahead with the recommended coverage plan.

What a way to keep peace in mind. Makes me feel good knowing that you will be there when needed

We havent had to use this service yet but it is nice to have for peace of mind.
