I found this to be a necessity for certain electronic items like TV's and Monitors since they can get hot over time and the inner components can get used up and fried, especially if you have it on for a long period of time after a few years.

It's a great service from best buy, I had talked to them about the kind of work they do.

Great monitor i went from a 27 1440p to this 32 inch i love it for rpg games or some fps game not great for competitive shooters but its works for me i love the image quality and HDR looks nice

Geek squad protection is a must for clients! The monitor was flickering and had some dead pixels and they replaced it for a brand new because of the protection.

Wow! My screen lost power and would not work several month's after I purchased it. I brought my monitor back and Geek Squad took care of it in the most professional way that I could imagine. Highly recommend Geek Squad!

Beautiful screen, plenty of smart apps, great for coding. The big drawback is the input “sensing” Can be downright terrible or slow at best. Sometimes it works right away, other times if you wake up your laptop it could take 15-30 seconds to connect. Samsung could do much better. The slightly older model number was unusable, but this model at least works.

Great monitor. Have to make some adjustments for best latency but once that’s done, it’s epic

I always get the Geek Squad coverage! Bring it in towards the end of your plan when you start to notice the things that are breaking on it and get it swapped for a newer one!

This is a nice feature to have and I highly recommend purchasing this just in case.

Honestly, I usually pass on buying the add protections. However, any questions or issues they were there to support me in my time of need. Knowledge, sharp and courteous. Definitely worth it.

Got the protection plan for my Alienware 34dwf. Recommend buying from Best Buy instead of dell. Best Buy will replace your item with a brand new one, dell with give you a slightly used open box.

Havent had to use it as of yet, hopefully wont need to.

soo far so good, had good phone service for inquiry for a brand. I feel safer knowing that I will have the protection for a few years to come.
