ive tried 7 different 49 in oled and qd oled monitors from every top brand. This is by far the best all around and most compatible monitor.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

the only gripe with this warranty is the lack of accidental coverage, but then again I hope you aren't carrying around your monitor everywhere and that its sitting safely and comfortable on your desk and anything. Get this warranty though unless you plan on replacing your monitor after a short amount of time anyway.

They have help me with several things, like laptops, virus protection in the store and on the phone.

I get the best buy warranty each and every time I purchase higher end electronics. They got my back if issues arise and I can enjoy the products to their fullest. Yes expensive at first. But always worth it for that to put your mind at ease.

The customer service I receive from my Protection Plan, from Geek Squad, is excellent. About every three months I use their 800 number for the purposes of having them take over my computer and clean all the viruses, malwares, adwares, etc., off of my computer. Occasionally, I have a specific issue with settings, or Outlook, and they are always accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. For the price, I feel I get a very good return on my investment.

Honestly one of the better replacement plans that any big name company offers, anything that covers electronics in todays world is good to me!

I purchased the Geek Squad service as an added layer of security/piece of mind. I have used the service once before with another product. It came in handy.

Hopefully never need it, but just in case, I know it's easy to use and get replacement or repair!

I ALWAYS recommend getting the 4 year plan, there is nothing like peace of mind. The Geek Squad provides that every time!

I'm sure this is a great service, its kind of like car insurance, if you don't wreck your car then you don't ever use it, you have it for JIC? I feel better knowing that I have it for my sons PS5 jic it gets knocked over or quits working for some random reason? Better safe than sorry.
