they havnt done anything yet but as soon as i smash my monitor when i lose too many fortnite games and they fix it i’ll update it

I purchase Geek Squad protection for large and expensive items, as you never know when electronics will cease to operate (usually after the manufacturer's warranty). This is a-lot easier than using the manufacturer's warranty. With this, take it to Best Buy and they will take care of you quick and easy.

I do not usually buy replacement warranties, but after reading some of the reviews of my new monitor purchase, I decided to pick it up since it is for an office location. I do no expect any problems with the monitor, but it is good to know I can replace it if it fails in the next 4 years.

This monitor is incredibly good, I love the oval shape and its screen is the ideal size to use it, the colors are very bright, highly recommended.

Never got to use the replacement service but the best buy salesman said I could replace my $1000 monitor if it had a dead pixel for a brand new monitor no questions asked.. Now thats worth paying the extra $80-130 for the 4 year swap out your product no questions asked service :)

Usually don’t buy protection plans..but with an expensive monitor we gladly paid to have this great protection

Geeksquad makes it super easy to not have to worry about your products. I had an issue with the picture and brought it in to the store and took care of it within minutes.

In October 2019, I purchased and had installed a Sony 55 inch Television to replace and 13 year old system. The two Geek Squad agents were very experienced and the install was very professional done. They answered any and of my questions and were both displayed very high standards.

I love the geek squad because is not like others. If they can't fixed it, they give to you a new one.

Purchased two of these monitors on Sep 20 2024 for occasional use in my motorhome. The purchase was based upon existing reviews / total cost vs amount of expected use. On Oct 17 2024 turned the monitor on for the 1st time. The upper right corner looks like an old CRT monitor that has been cracked. Defective straight out of the box. Best Buy return policy is from Sep 20 to Oct 5. i.e. 2 weeks.

4 years of protection for not a very high price, and it includes OLED burn in warranty. Pretty nice, I think.

Always nice if you can protect the things you spend your hard earned dollars on. I almost always get this replacement service. I recommend Geek Squad to anyone smart enough to realize that things malfunction and break sometimes and actually want to get their money's worth!

It is better safe than to be sorry, I was able to get my device replaced thanks to this without spending another $1,000 for my monitor.

I never used to get warranties but now I will always get them. At the end of the day its better to pay $90 for 4 years then to pay $550-$750 full price for a new one if anything were to happen!

If you're buying expensive electronics this is a must for ease of mind in my opinion. Great thing to have with premium electronics

you're standard insurance with a brick and mortar to keep things in house

I guess I'm giving this five stars, strictly because I haven't need to use it at all. It's kind of like buying any insurance, the only time things break is when you have no insurance or warranty in place. If it ever does though, peace of mind is a wonderful thing

Bought the extra protection for my monitor. It's nice to know that best buy will fix it vs having it sent out and waiting who knows how long for it to be fixed at the manufacture and sent back.
