In store replacement warranty is one you can’t beat. Either they can fix it or they replace it. It’s that simple. They are true to their word. Totally sucks if you don’t have it and wish you did when your things stop working.

we have always bought Geek Squad ESP. They are inexpensive and give you peace of mind. Sometimes we have used the ESP other times not,,but its nice to know that if you have a problem the product is covered

A lot can happen in 4 years. If I don't use this protection in 4years, its cost me very little per year. If I need it anywhere along the way, I will be extremely happy I protected my item and pocketbook!

I bought the monitor with thr geek protection because the representative stated all damages were included. I even asked if it protected cracked screen and the rep said yes. I went ahead and purchased the protection. Well guess what, the screen to the monitor cracked so my son drove 40 minutes to an available best buy ans the employye there stated that the damage screen is not under the protection plan. I feel like Best Buy be scamming people. Its not worth geeting the Geek aquad protection when its not going to cover anything. What a joke!

I upgraded my computer and needed to get a different monitor. I chose this one as it lightweight. Easy setup and easy in the eyes.

If it's one company I trust it's Best Buy with their warranty coverage They have never disappointed and they will always stand behind their sold products as well as their service

Really good Replacement warranty not most places offer you this normally they have you contact the company that made the item and have you deal with them instead and with geek squad you contact them or go to a best buy were you purchased your item and they assist you on the spot all.

I have bought the protection plan with all of my electronic purchases at Best Buy. I always hope that I won't have to use it, but it has been a lifesaver on a couple of occasions and well worth the money. The Geek Squad is easy to work with and I have always had good experiences.

I paid $9.99 for a 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for my Acer monitor that I bought for $75. This is cheap and I just have a bad feeling this monitor won't last me more than 3 years so if anything ever happens, I would get a replacement at no charge. Great purchase!
