The product replacement plan is a must on nearly any and all items purchased that allow it especially PC monitors and accessories. Being able to get a replacement for when things break and not having to deal with the RMA process is such an amazing offering from Best Buy and why I still buy the majority of my hardware (especially monitors) from Best Buy.

Got the protection on a fairly expensive monitor. After six months the monitor completely failed out of the blue and BB replaced it without hassle. Worth the peace of mind.

Didn't use the protection in this instance because I ended up returning the product, but I was pleased to see they refunded the price of the plan (pro rata) without me having to ask. This, along with the plus membership benefits actually have me shopping at best buy for my electronics instead of online at other stores or amazon.

Easiest protection plan ever enrolled into and well worth it I can take my screen in no questions asked if it breaks and walk out with the same one same day in store and I don’t even need my physical receipt— just my phone number

I've bought this for several different things through best buy but this was the first time I had to use it. I was moving stuff around while remodeling my computer room. I dropped my router onto my 32" Dell gaming Monitor cracking the screen all the way down the middle. Luckily I had purchased this warranty and it was super simple to get a replacement. I just walked in told them what happened then they told me to pick out another monitor or I could get the exact same one. I choose one that was in stock and got a $30 refund and a better monitor! I will forever purchase this warranty having two young kids running around.
