I just returned a 24" monitor that was less than a month from the expiration of the 4 year warranty. Just a few minutes later and everything was great. Without it, I would have had to come up with another $100 to replace the monitor. Quite happy with it.

ON 6-1-2018 I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER MONITOR AS I WAS TOLD THE SERVICE CONTRACT DID NOT COVER THE MONITOR. I ALSO RENEWED THE SERVICE IN JAN 2018 FOR ANOTHER YR, AGAIN THINKING MY CONTRACT COVERED BOTH PIECES. AS YOU CAN GUESS, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ! MY REVIEW IS RELEVANT TO THE CUST SIDE OF THE TRANSACTION, NOT THE PRODUCT.
