Purchased two of these monitors on Sep 20 2024 for occasional use in my motorhome. The purchase was based upon existing reviews / total cost vs amount of expected use. On Oct 17 2024 turned the monitor on for the 1st time. The upper right corner looks like an old CRT monitor that has been cracked. Defective straight out of the box. Best Buy return policy is from Sep 20 to Oct 5. i.e. 2 weeks.

Made appt, the tech arrived on time, very polit and fast explained what he was doing.

Nice monitor. Got this for my grandson’s gaming. He has a smaller desk so this size was perfect. He likes the curved monitor and he said the color and clarity was good.

With getting a new laptop, I wanted to make sure it was covered in case something happened to it. I know the Geek Squad people are really good so decided to purchase this. I'm so glad I did. It eases my mind if something comes up.

Great for peace of mind. Have had a TV go out and replaced quickly, so getting this for my new (expensive) pc monitor was a no brainer, especially for the surge protection. To be clear, this does not cover accidental damage.

I took my old monitor bc it was working bad and they did what they have to do and give me a new one no hesitation

Had an issue with a dead pixel on the screen and I bought the monitor to the store and got a new one delivered to my house the next day

I have always been skeptical about warranties but I have to say that each time I have purchased a large product from Best Buy I buy the warranty. I have actually had to use on a TV I purchased years ago and was very satisfied with the response and resolution. Will continue to purchase as needed.

They were very professional and did everything to my expectations!

I NEVER buy extended warranties, but, this was for a portable screen for a laptop. Glad I did because when the thing was acting strange I didn't rush to the store to replace it. Turns out it has some glitches when attached to my old Mac. My new laptop powers it flawlessly. Worth it? Maybe not. But it gave me some peace of mind.

Great to have and have already used! An absolute necessity in my option to anyone purchasing electronics.

Totally worth the purchase. I do not always get it but when the company only has a one year limited warranty, it’s worth getting the extra protection if you use it often.
