I did end up using it for an item that burned out in 11 months since purchase...went in with the item, gave them my phone number and they got me a new one. No hassle no stalls. They let you get the same thing or something better just pay the difference.

I buy almost all of my electronic though Best Buy because of this plan. Employees are always so nice and helpful. I will never buy another company's replacement plan because I have already found the best!!

I've bought this protection in the past when i buy things for my kids and let me tell you i am glad i did. My kids will on occasion drop their headphones, laptop mouse etc. and it breaks. with the protection just take it in and they repair or replace.

It allows me to keep my mind at ease knowing if anything happens to my electronic device they have it covered

I suppose I won't know until I need to use it, but hopefully that day doesn't come. It's nice to know I don't have to worry for a while if something goes wrong with my screen.

Unless you are just lucky, the quality of many of today's devices just isn't the same so if you can afford the extra cost upfront- get the GSP to save on a big loss later.

Luckily haven't had to use this! But it's nice to know that this is an option if it is needed in the future!

i love the fact that the tv had protection in case something happens to it.

I recently bought a monitor and bro at the counter said if i wanted the protection plan so i said yes paid then asked if it covered cracked screens and bro said only internal damage. I dont know about you but that sounds pretty dumb so I left the store with even more money out my pocket that day.

Always a no hassle transaction when I have a problem. If you don’t get it you are a fool!

Great "insurance" policy in the event of the product breaking for any reason.

I’ve not used the service on these products and hoping I don’t ever have to. Only because, the product should be great on its own and not require a service plan. That being said, I ha e used geek squad in the past for something else and my experience with them was great. Great customer service and the reps were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

I have not had to use the geek squad service this year but my experience in the past has been excellent. I would recommend for peace of mind on all electronic and appliance purchases!
