I bought the monitor with thr geek protection because the representative stated all damages were included. I even asked if it protected cracked screen and the rep said yes. I went ahead and purchased the protection. Well guess what, the screen to the monitor cracked so my son drove 40 minutes to an available best buy ans the employye there stated that the damage screen is not under the protection plan. I feel like Best Buy be scamming people. Its not worth geeting the Geek aquad protection when its not going to cover anything. What a joke!

I bought an open box item. Was marked excellent which means all parts are there and in like new condition. Parts were missing and was told purchase was as is. It should have been mark as Good Condition if parts were missing.

We always get the warranty. Do it. You'll be glad you did!

I am so happy with the purchase of this monitor. The display is clear and colorful with the pixels that it displays. Great price.

Having protection is a no brainer. No technology is perfect, so by having the option to replace our fix if something goes bad, is highly recommended.

Like always , getting a warranty is first and foremost. Everyday life is not predictable, getting a warranty is the best route to go. Customer service representative explained coverage quite well and was very nice

For years the Geek Squad has always treaten me right.

I haven't been able to use the full capabilities of Geek Squad but their service from what I have experience has been great!
