Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for a replacement, but I've heard good things so far about the replacement warranty through them.

I got this based on the reviews. I had an older monitor with an Xbox One X in my home office for some extra me-time. I upgraded to this monitor and "upgraded" to the Xbox Series S. My Series X is in my home theater, which looks amazing. Anywho, I bout this monitor specifically for the Xbox Series S as it will do 144 and 120hz. See pics below. One is from the Best Buy spec sheet online. The other is from the Xbox interface to set up the monitor. So if it's set to 1080, 144, or 4k, it won't do better than 60hz. And the monitor will give you stats of what it's getting, which is actually closer to 40hz. Disappointed in the game quality as the games look almost 'milky' with less detail.

Didn't use the protection in this instance because I ended up returning the product, but I was pleased to see they refunded the price of the plan (pro rata) without me having to ask. This, along with the plus membership benefits actually have me shopping at best buy for my electronics instead of online at other stores or amazon.

Great thing to get for anything you buy at best buy get their warranty it saves you tons of money!

Easiest protection plan ever enrolled into and well worth it I can take my screen in no questions asked if it breaks and walk out with the same one same day in store and I don’t even need my physical receipt— just my phone number

I always get protection for my devices. I tend to use my computer equipment a lot and it has been several occasions where a device goes out and i go replace it for free

Monitor just broke today but thankfully i have the 4 year protection! Dont know what i would do without it.

Gives me lots of peace of mind incase of OLED burn in, etc. Very worth it if you want post purchase security since many manufacturers have mixed qualities of RMA experience

Geek squad as has been so good to me, anytime I have a issue they repair the issue or give me a new one. The always have a answer to my 5000 questions, also are very proactive with communicating when my product is ready for pickup after repair.
