I love that this is included in my purchase,they know exactly what they are doing

I bought this to replace my screen that my mom broke by trying to clean it while I was on vacation. We were in the store maybe 15 minutes total. The associate was very knowledgeable and I am impressed that he was able to help us so quickly without breaking the bank.

Getting my items serviced or replaced have always been worth it. I don’t have to deal with the headache of working with the manufacturer or waiting for an exact replacement if needed.

I use Geek Squad all the time and they have never failed me.

Been using this for over a year now. The picture quality it can achieve is great, but the software is frustratingly slow, tedious, and glitchy. The monitor's remote has buttons for 4 different streaming services...but no button to change input. Too many extra features like this while missing or complicating basic ones. In 2026 you can find better for $350+. Only worth considerating on deep sale and for connecting a single device.

Love everything about this monitor! The screen cracked a little bit when some movers were moving my things and It was fixed and replaced with the geek squad! Still using it 4 years later!

Finally upgraded from 1080p 60hz to a 1440p 180hz monitor. Got it on a nice sale and added the 4 year protection, a great relief in case something unfortunate happens.

Best Buy agents and employees always come through . I needed a no hassle exchange and it went perfectly. Glad to do any business with them and worth every penny!

I always have got the protection on bigger dollar items due to the chance of getting a item that is not working.

I like the easy way to get an appointment; it saves time. And the service is always excellent.

I’m glad that I have a back up in case something happens to my monitor I’m just happy I haven’t had the chance to use them which is a good thing but I know that I have them in my back pocket if needed

The agents were very helpful in helping me to understand what was wrong and how it can be fixed.

Agents were easy to work with when I was having problems with my laptop, eventually was able to get a refund after having it repaired multiple times.

My sister breaks everything she touches so I have to be careful

Who doesn’t like something new, always nice to have some insurance

It’s a smart move to bite the bullet and just get the GS protection. You’ll be thankful on year 3 when something goes bad! Def worth it! This provides peace of mind, without having to jump through the hoops of a manufacture warranty as Best Buy takes care of all that. Many people don’t realize that the manufacturers warranty is a pain and alot of times the product needs to be sent in and turn around us lousy.
