I only got this incase my device breaks with in the geek squad warranty, which is better than paying full price again.

I had to use it for a laptop, which got fixed. I appreciate that they don't talk to you like you're stupid. It's worth noticing when not all "techs" are that way.

Bought this for my G9 monitor. I hope I never have to use it but if I do I hoppe its painless as it has been in the past.

Haven’t used it yet but nice to know the item is protected and local service to fix if needed

Love geek squad, always get their protection plan with all purchases that i make at best buy.

Not had to use the protection plan yet but figured must have for a backup just in case had any issues with monitor

Does anyone honestly pass on this i mean you get your device replaced if you accidentally break it. No brainer

I am always the type to spend the extra money to make sure my product is covered so my review might not mean a whole lot.

Some people say dont worry about it, the 1 day after manufactures warranty is up their monitor breaks. Buy a extended warranty, Just in case. Feel Safe

Good plan to have, does what it says and helpful when you need it.

so far I have not needed to use geek squad for this product I never need to use these replacement packages

i would recommend this cause I have had my Moniters fall and break

geek squad knows best but helps and protects my stuff when i need it. trust me stay protected. 4 years such a low price

Always buy this plan. it is like a security blanket. if anything goes wrong. you have NOTHING to worry about.

I always purchase the protection because it is a no brainer when purchasing such high end products that may fail

its a warranty, what else can i say? i guess i hope i dont need to use it lol.

Bought it for my boyfriend a year ago he loves it and it work fine to this day! Only problem is one of the buttons broke within the first couple months but he has a 4 year warranty so it not a huge issue.

Not sure if it’ll be needed but hopefully when it comes to moving time if needed I can use it from a different Best Buy
