    hated my experience with geek squad protection. my tv arrived with tons of problems but they told me i had to go through the manufacturer who was no help. had a dead tv for a full year before the geek squad protection kicked in. i would never buy this service again.

    The person told me I was going to be okay with the 4 year protection and that I should get it I was told if I put the monitor in my van and if something break or gets damaged it’s protected not so it’s a lie they don’t protect accidental damage

    Not worth the money for what it covers. Also geek squad are not the smartest bunch they told my step mom her phone was bricked and couldn't be fixed as soon as I got my new psu I was able to fix the problem in less then an hour

    worst customer service fro chat support, I said one thing, and before I could say something else I was told to go to the store for repair, not replacement, and then chat support disconnected . for 150bucks I would expect much better treatment.

    I bought the protection plan thinking that if it fell or something happened with my pets knocking it over, this would cover it. Now that my monitor is broken I just now learned that it does not cover accidental damage. Not happy with this.

    I was told today that the 4-year Geek Squad Product Replacement would not cover cracked screen on my Samsung monitor. Best Buy said the monitor is discontinued so I can't even seek warranty or repair from the manufacturer. If the model is discontinued, what good is the GSP-R Plan? What would this actually cover???

The Geek Squad Product Replacement plan covers things like pixels going out, power surges, manufacturer defects and more. In the event of something like this, we swap out the monitor for the same model or other option. I hope this helps.     Many different suggestions to the same issue

    Plan was purchased for a monitor, but monitor was lost and got full refund for monitor. I then placed another order for the exact same monitor. I was also told that the plan should be transferred to the new monitor, but I need to call GeekSquad to initiate the process. I called GeekSquad just to have a big confusing and loop that went around different agents, not to mention dropped calls and call transferring time. After about almost an hour on the phone trying to transfer the plan to the new, and exact same, monitor, I was told it couldn't be done. The agent had to cancel the plan and ask me to go to the store to purchase a new plan for the monitor. This is really a time waste that could be avoided easily if BB agents know their policy.

    Worse geek squad product and worse refund ever i bought a monitor for $348 dollars and got $298 dollars I'm a very unhappy customers i can't find the best monitor i want know im going to never recommend this geek squad stuff to anyone! IM DONE!!

    I was not happy with this protection plan. When I purchased it I was told it covered the monitor fully. The monitor was dropped and when I bought it in I found out it wasn't covered.
