Not happy with the service. They damaged one of my computers.

I only purchase this in case of a power surge. It doesn’t cover accidental damage.

Does not cover accidental and they refused to provide accidental cover to me

Again, I was told the warranty would not cover the problem after being sold a "Replacement Warranty".

It's great to know if you have any problems, the Geek Squad is there to help you out. They never looked down or talked down to me for the mistakes I made on my set ups. They were truly professional.

Really glad I added the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Stuff happens, and it’s nice not having to worry about repair costs or headaches if something goes wrong. The process is easy, the staff is helpful, and the peace of mind is totally worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Getting my monitor replaced was quick and easy! but I don't think they do a good job of informing people of what they are buying when it comes to the other warranty plans they offer.

Geek Squad is worth the investment. Knowing that my kiddo can take his monitor to college with him and he will be covered is very relieving.

Got the 5 year warranty on a 49” Samsung G9 that took a crap 4 months before expiration and the exchange for an upgraded monitor was easy and hassle free. They took the full price of the old monitor off the new!

Bought this for my old $1500 monitor 2 years ago and I got burn in on my OLED so they went ahead and gave me a full refund 2 years later…one of the best warranty/protection coverages out there.

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection on tech items. It came in very handy at one time when a router quit working in the last few months of the protection and was able to get a better router.

It is really nice to know that I have the protection for some of my more important electronics like a new monitor.

Works as advertised. Great value for the money. Long battery life and excellent range.
