Dead pixel, amazing monitor otherwise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Firstly, I absolutely love this monitor. This is my first 144hz and it lives up to the specs. I only worry about the longevity of it, as the monitor has a dead pixel in it which I'm pretty bummed about. its not really noticeable but its there, and it is just frustrating for such a good monitor.

In 2021, I purchased a Geek Squad replacement plan under the impression, assured by the store manager, that it would cover everything including accidental damage. Unfortunately, when I needed to use the plan for a cracked computer monitor screen, I was surprised to learn that this type of damage isn't covered for TVs and monitors. Despite confirmations from corporate that accidental damage should be covered, I faced consistent refusals at the store level, leaving me frustrated and without support. The benefits of the Total Tech membership were also dismissed as "worthless" by staff during my attempts to resolve the issue. This experience has significantly changed my perspective on Best Buy’s service plans. I regret investing in this plan and will reconsider future purchases of major appliances and costly items from Best Buy. For those considering a protection plan, I recommend looking for alternatives where terms and coverage are clear and reliable.

If you are sure that your things are intact, carefully selected, and impeccable in terms of quality, buying this plan is tantamount to donating to others.

This is a poor-quality smart TV, not a a monitor.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.- The unit I received couldn't connect to WiFi, regardless of whether directly or through the app. - The picture quality as a monitor is quite low. - I intended to use this as a monitor for VS Code the text legibility was poor regardless of settings - The screen itself is not anti-reflective. It basically is not usable in a room with any natural light.

screen resolution not great

Beware of dead pixals and bad customer service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This rating for best buy and NOT the monitor. I purchased this and noticed a dead pixel after a few days. Go to exchange it and they tell me I have to give them my old one and then order a new one and wait a week or so. I need this for work and paid full price and got a faulty product in return. All I want to do is have one ordered and sent to the store and I will bring this one in and exchange it. Simple right? Not for Best Buy. It’s crazy it is this difficult to swap this out for the same exact thing.

Amarilis (store Pick up)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just picked up the item my self and brought it to pick up line since I understand it’s a busy season. Amarilis was very rude addressing me as a guy on her ear piece. She gave me an attitude because I happened to do them a favor and bring the item up front. I was showing her the order on my phone and refused to see it. Asked for my name with a really nasty attitude and then referred of me as “this guy” over the radio. Amarilis should be in the warehouse and not in front of customers. Tried to give my complaint to a store management but they were busy, which again I understand Poor customer service. I hope you address this matter.

No 4-split screen capability
