Screen is good but the major drawback is that it has no height adjustment which makes it uncomfortable to use.

Nice screen till the screen pixel tears when gaming.. not sure if thats proper term

Lots of Glitches on the HDMI Port,My Security DVR is connected to this port, freezes up loses picture,tried different cable to no avail. Tried another Monitor for DVR no problems. I noticed on some other reviews same problem.

the first month was great after that the monitor had turned its panel off. but the power remained, So black screen but the computer was still on and my second monitor was still working. No fixes as of now the monitor is bad.

Best Buy employee recommended after explaining my needs. Definitely won't take their recommendations again. I have light sensitivity and even with high eye care mode on the screen is to bright. Returning today.

The specs list this screen has having a 5 millisecond response time, however I immediately noticed streaking the moment I loaded up a game. I would guess the response time is much closer to 50 milliseconds (I use this computer for game development and was able to calculate it be be about 3 frames). I'll definitely be returning to the store tomorrow afternoon to exchange it for something else.

For devices that do not deal with software and can only be replaced when broken - this warranty is a good option. For a monitor for instance, it is good. However would not trust GeekSquad with my laptop's troubleshooting.

The screen is very small and fragile so if you don’t pay attention you can damage it easily.

Zero stars. Who, in 2021, makes a monitor that CAN'T be vesa mounted? Why NOT include some screw holes? I don't get it. Absolute fail. I didn't even finish unpacking it, utterly useless piece of plastic if it can't be mounted. I'd get it if mounting was an after-thought; like if a mounting bracket was included and had to be screwed on, but to NOT be able to mount it? Why even bother?

I am not sure there will be many more purchases after this mess. Camera doesn’t work and due to the time it took to go pick it up and then set it up; I’m stuck with junk.

Replacement on Monitor is a waste of money. He went to lunch today, the screen was fine, he came back and there were vertical and horizontal lines on the screen. My son went to take it in and there was a tiny mark that they could barely find, so they said the warranty was void.

Never even bothered to honor their warranty on a Samsung watch I got from them. They literally stalled for years. The worst part is the attitudes I received from multiple members. Will never get a warranty from them again, ever

within two months it shorts out and constantly black screens as the power goes off on the monitor. Took it to best buy (with in the two months mind you) and they tell me to send it to LG.. .well two weeks later LG still has not responded to emails or ticket request. Worst EVER.

I purchased an open box and after working on it for an hour, there was a black shadow on the left side (about 4-5 inches) of the screen. I usually get a decent open box from Best Buy but this was a fail. I brought it back in and getting a new one.

After 2 months, the screen split up the middle when I poked it. According to LG, this is considered cosmetic damage, and not covered by the warranty.

Buy an open box in excellent condition and it was in poor condition, it did not come with a box, it was scratched on the back and the screen, it was dirty please do not lie to sell

The geek squad was in a bad mood or something. Was not a good time

It's fine for a work/email monitor, but two significant issues. The screen wobbles, which drives me nuts. And, the picture clarity is pretty low.
