Have not actually had to use this yet. All of my electronic equipment has so far outlasted the warrantee. But if it works as advertised I will be more than happy if I have to use it.

its great and works well my monitor is broken and now i got a new one

Honestly a lot happens in 4 years you don't think of. After about 3 years I started hearing weird noises in my computer brought it in they replaced all the fans. The great thing about the protection plan is they help you even for small things that minor changes will make it just right.

Nowadays the technology is unpredictable. We spent hundreds of dollars for Geek Squad but we also saved thousands of dollars on replacement costs. No questions asked, they just exchanged my Dell monitor for example. I made a video of my malfunction and they didn’t even ask for. Super easy at the cashier and I got my new monitor. I have used this service before, and it streamlines the process to get quality service and remediation. Without it, you can contact the manufacturer. If a product is still under warranty, sometimes it may work out.

Most of the time I don't purchase product replacement guarantees because a great quality product shouldn't need one. These product replacement guarantees are so low in price and offer so much in return that it seems almost silly not to spend the extra $5 or $10 on them. In the past, guarantees cost $20 or $30 dollars and that's way too much for quality product. I'm a satisfied customer with this purchase.
