I purchased this as a back up in case my monitor goes sideways! I heard that my G9 has a lot of quirks and it offers me a some security

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

Have nothing to say but great things about this warranty. I’ve had to use it in the past and well worth the money. Peace of mind is important.

This product replacement was good for the price and length of warranty. Gives me a peace of mind to know it will be replaced if something goes wrong.

On certain items this is a must purchase. I learned the hard way of not getting it on an item then having to rebuy the item a few months later cause it broke.

This was purchased to protect our Monitor, hopefully, wont need it but, know that if there is an issue we will be taken care of.
