Total Rip Off. Scam. Zero Need to purchase this; it will not cover anything that even just looks -like accidental damage -despite the sales clerk saying it would cover it like a small screen crack to sell me this useless insurance. 3 months into using the product - somehow a crack formed in the screen (i absolutely never touched it) but was told very dismissively by the Geek Squad tech they won't even look at it. the very lousy attitudes by geek squad techs at pentagon city is a different concern all together. Worse decision ever to go ahead with the recommended coverage plan.

I hope I don’t get any viruses hopefully they can cover it

I rely on replacement as insurance if anything goes wrong with all the purchases that I've had at Best Buy so yes I'm happy with it
