I haven't been able to use the full capabilities of Geek Squad but their service from what I have experience has been great!

There was a time when I never hesitated to go to Best Buy for anything, and I would get the "Service Replacement Program" to cover my bases. However lately Best Buy Geek squad representative get all defensive and accusatory when you bring a product for "replacement". I had a 43" monitor that I somehow the screen was damage. I brought it to Best Buy the same place where I went at least 4 times to get information about and where I was urged by the sales representative to get the "Replacement" plan, because it is a peace of mind. He said it not once, but multiple times, YES SIR it will cover accidental damages, you dont want to buy something this expensive and then accidentally break it and lose all your money. I did go home and ordered the monitor online and got the "replacement" plan. Well, not only the plan does not cover accidental damages, but today the Geek Squad Agent carelessly said, maybe you did not understand what the sales person said (like having an accent immediately is a reason to not clearly understand), and then said, well it is what it is. It wont be covered by our insurance. A left angry because I felt lied to. I lost $1,000 on this transaction. But in the long run Best Buy lost a loyal customer who has bought, computers, tv, appliances, video games, watches and so many other things over the years. Very disappointing

Don’t listen to those people that say insurance or warranties are not worth it . Your paying for piece of mind and convienxe when the time comes you’ll thank yourself . A small investment

Best buy has always been my go to page for anything tech. Never had issues and it's always a pleasure when I've needed them.

The best buy warantee is the best out there, I always say is better to buy it and not need it then to need it and not had bought it.

I never buy the 4 year service replacement. So hopefully this $1000 monitor eats itself in 3 years so I can replace it with a brand new $1000 one. Then it will seem like the purchase was worth it.

Even if you know what do do with electronics I really suggest you getting this plan just because you never know when you will need it. If your feeling lazy or just don’t have the time to do something the geek squad is a call away

We got two of these a year ago for our home office (to work from home). We’ve been using them daily with no issues. Good picture quality.

Anytime you have something of value, it's worth protecting. I truly believe in making my life easier is why I buy extended warranties that can be dealt with on a local level when something goes wrong.

Great service; however I noticed that I have two 4-year product replacement. Please provide details as to why there are two. Was I charged for two Geek squad terms or is this something different?

Purchased as a gift for my grandson to use as a second monitor for school. He thoroughly enjoys it and it is a great purchase. Great value and will definitely purchase again if needed.

It’s nice to have piece of mind knowIng if my device needs repairs it will be covered. Especially during this time when many of us are working from home and need dependability with our electronic devices.
