I recently purchased two of these monitors and one works as expected and has decent color accuracy. The second however does not produce enough black and I am not able to match it to the other one. I will be returning the washed out monitor for a replacement and hope for the best.

I always get protection plans on everything no matter what it is

I went in today because of damage on my monitor and wanting to repair. Was told I couldnt repair the screen and if I did it would be more expensive then the monitor itself… shoetly after other members helped me searched for diffrerent products and gave me information on protection plans, and even helped with returning the monitor to the original website ! Thank you Joe, Jade, and Jess. You guys are the best.

I got this based on the reviews. I had an older monitor with an Xbox One X in my home office for some extra me-time. I upgraded to this monitor and "upgraded" to the Xbox Series S. My Series X is in my home theater, which looks amazing. Anywho, I bout this monitor specifically for the Xbox Series S as it will do 144 and 120hz. See pics below. One is from the Best Buy spec sheet online. The other is from the Xbox interface to set up the monitor. So if it's set to 1080, 144, or 4k, it won't do better than 60hz. And the monitor will give you stats of what it's getting, which is actually closer to 40hz. Disappointed in the game quality as the games look almost 'milky' with less detail.
