    Had an issue with my new computer and the agent was very informative and did everything that he could to correct the issue with having to make sure that my insurance on the product was used and upheld.

    Monitor is 60hz, it is okay but for the price i could get a 120hz monitor and it would be better than this. Its overall not a bad monitor for low end consumers though.
