I absolutely love Geek Squad protection. I purchase it on all my electronics I buy at Best Buy. I am impressed at the lengths they will go to in helping resolve any problem I have ever had up to replacing the unit with a new one.

These warranties are amazing, especially when some products are duds Steiger out of the factory

I luckily haven’t really had to use it. However, the times I did it was a very simple process. Hoping that with my most recent purchase I won’t need it but I have the peace of mind knowing I have it covered. For a display over 2k. $169 is a no brainer for 4 years!

I had to use my warranty after purchasing a monitor and the replacement was incredibly easy to get in store locally. I don’t decline warranty’s anymore on electronics.

For the price you pay it is a great monitor. Stand does not have height adjustment, keep that in mind.

Gotta love Geek Squad. This time, it replaced an older curved computer screen, and if I did not have Geek Squad, I would have had to pay over $200 for a new computer screen.

I always buy a product replacent warranty after the phenomenal service I received many many years ago after I returned an Xbox with the infamous red ring of death and was given a brand new Xbox straight from their inventory!

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

This is most definitely a must for any Best Buy purchase. I'm very OCD and careful with my stuff, but accidents do happen.

Please add product protection, especially if purchasing for a teenager lol. My son damaged his monitor beyond repair and this service provided me with a bestbuy gift card that was the value of the damaged out product.

Was suprised how well the product quality was, great 4k res and durability as well

Gives me peace of mind on the product and able to go to the store to get it all resolved no shipping back and forth mice peace of mind to have coverage have used it before on headphones.

Looks great, runs fast. My husband seems to love it. Great addition to his game room.

Definitely worth getting, my monitor randomly started going dark and I was able to get it replaced very easily.

I mean, I don't really have any idea what to say here beyond the rating I gave. Like literally, this is a Geek Squad Product Replacement. How am I supposed to comment on that beyond I'm glad I purchased it?

I am so happy with this purchase because I save me from buying a whole new TV even though my wife broke my TV when we were playing with our virtual heads up which by the way we also bought at Best Buy

Love this monitor. Works great I got it as an additional work monitor. The only thing I wish it had was a USB port.
