Haven't had to use it so I guess that is a good thing!

Geek Squad was professional and competent as the walk me through device set-up. This plan will save you a lot because you know your devices are protected for an affordable price.

Haven’t used it yet but in the pass the warranty has been great

So far my 50" Samsung monitor works flawlessly, the protection plan wasn't needed. And also I was successful to install my new monitor without dropping it or any other accident.

Geek Squad were able to fix my defective monitor without any hassles. I always recommend this.

Geek squad protection is necessary for all your quality purchases. Peace and sound when you have someone to turn to who knows what to do! They will do what they can to fix it!

Why not add extra security. This came in handy more than one occasion.

Staff our always knowledgeable and helpful, you really make the service plans and warranties easy ,to claim. I love the fact that I only need to give my phone # and you can find my service plans.

I’m very happy with all of their services. This far they have exceeded my expectations. Most warranties and support are ripoffs but this has been superb.
