Geek Squad protection is always a safety net if you experience a problem. I have used these protections in the past with no fuss and no hassle from Best Buy.

I had a monitor that I bought back in 2017 and it messed up so I went to the store to get a replacement but they did not make these anymore so I received store credit.

Not really sure if this service is valuable or not never had to use it.

It's never bad to have a back up plan. It came in handy when my Xbox malfunctioned. I'm glad I have it in case something happens to my 49 inch monitor.

Extra protection for your purchase is always a good investment. Hoping you don’t have to use but glad you have it just in case…

Never know what will go wrong with a new device. Best to get an extended warranty ... especially if it has a product replacement.

Love Geek Squad and ALWAYS purchase product replacement with items from Best Buy. Geek Squad is fantastic with helping with issues and the product replacement is a plus.

The environment in which my monitor is used can be difficult from kids to changing temperatures to falls. The product protection plan is great insurance for a very reasonable price. Very happy with it.

I haven't used this yet, but it's nice having peace of mind. Sorry this is an unhelpful review, I just want 25 Best Buy points! (:

Geek squads are very helpfull and always exchange or replace products that are broken or non fixable.

Definitely worth buying for the Dell UltraSharp U2515H 25" IPS LED QHD Monitor that I bought. I use the monitor for work and now don't have to worry about losing any time from work if it stops working.

Great monitor for the time it was used for. Unfortunately we are upgrading!

I never buy electronics without the protection plan. I have had many occasions when it has covered repairs or replacements.

Bought the monitor and offered 4 year protection for an extra $12, can’t beat that. Was worried from some reviews saying it developed some pixel issues.
