WOW! What a great service! I am LOVIN' the quality of my home theater sound system now! Geek Squad treated me like a KING!

Really like this monitor. Very easy to see stuff. Didn't think I would like it at first because it's big, but I got used to it.

I have never had a problem with geek squad except the price. It is more expensive than other options but extremely convenient to take things to Best Buy and get a new one or original value towards a new model.

I bought the monitor with thr geek protection because the representative stated all damages were included. I even asked if it protected cracked screen and the rep said yes. I went ahead and purchased the protection. Well guess what, the screen to the monitor cracked so my son drove 40 minutes to an available best buy ans the employye there stated that the damage screen is not under the protection plan. I feel like Best Buy be scamming people. Its not worth geeting the Geek aquad protection when its not going to cover anything. What a joke!

A protection plan is a must for all your electronic needs...If you need it your covered...

Always buy the plan! Best Buy has the best plans and they will save you!

If you buy anything at best buy over $100 make sure to purchase this item. It will help you if anything breaks or if you tneed tech support.

Anytime I’ve had an issue BB will help me figure out the best way to either fix it or replace it!

We get this just in case....well we had an issue with a monitor and go the issue resolved with the help of the squad.

Purchased the product replacement just-in-case. Haven't needed it so far but good to have the piece of mind if I do.
