Amazing monitor will be using for a long time very impressive

I found this to be a necessity for certain electronic items like TV's and Monitors since they can get hot over time and the inner components can get used up and fried, especially if you have it on for a long period of time after a few years.

I never imagined how helpful it would t urn out to be for me as a Geek Squad member. I only wish I had done several years ago. The help I get from them is 110% all the time. The staff that has come to my home have been just top drawer all the time. They solve my problems and becasue I know so little about computers their help has been priceless for me. I strongly recommend it for those who aa stupid as I about computers. If you need computer help the Geek Squad is the best that I know of.

Geek Squad has been in huge support of my Pc career. One time my PC not turning on and I gave Geek Squad a chance. The Employee found and fixed the problem and told me I needed different ram. I got new ram and my PC was up and running as soon as it was added to my PC. The replacement also allows you to easily replace an item under the paid warranty or return the item for best buy store credit. This is one of my favorite protection plans and I will always purchase this warranty when I buy a product from best buy

I am only strongly recommending the Product Replacement aspect as for the other services that Geek Squad offer, if repairs/upgrades will be do might be good idea get if you know/trust them in the store but never for the love of whatever you love use their remote services. Product Replacement has help me alot since some items if used daily end up getting to their end of life faster so this helps in replacing them and saves money since just have to rebuy the warranty

The person who helped me choose which monitor to get was very professional. He was able to relate with me since we both have a love for gaming. He made recommendations, and even gave examples, and information of how good it works. He even helped me get an idea of my next purchase because he gave me examples of gaming computers I could get. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The associate that helped me was named Dallas. If I could I’d have him help me every where I went.

Replacement is great to have especially with high end devices.

I had issues with my monitor just months before the expiration of my replacement plan, my monitor was no longer in production so they gave me store credit for a new one. Very fast and smooth replacement definitely worth it.

Geek squad protection is great for an extra year of protection on select devices purchased at Best Buy! However purchasing My Best Buy Total will apply GSP to the same select units under the one time purchase of $180 for a full year.
