Always get the insurance Best Buys has the best replacement warranty. Even at times when it's a bit pricy. After 4 years you need to replace what ever product you have which is why I always get warranty.

Monitor stopped working, wasn’t in stock. Given a gift card to purchase a new one of my choice.

I did end up using it for an item that burned out in 11 months since purchase...went in with the item, gave them my phone number and they got me a new one. No hassle no stalls. They let you get the same thing or something better just pay the difference.

I buy almost all of my electronic though Best Buy because of this plan. Employees are always so nice and helpful. I will never buy another company's replacement plan because I have already found the best!!

I bought an open box item. Was marked excellent which means all parts are there and in like new condition. Parts were missing and was told purchase was as is. It should have been mark as Good Condition if parts were missing.

It allows me to keep my mind at ease knowing if anything happens to my electronic device they have it covered

I've bought this protection in the past when i buy things for my kids and let me tell you i am glad i did. My kids will on occasion drop their headphones, laptop mouse etc. and it breaks. with the protection just take it in and they repair or replace.

i love the fact that the tv had protection in case something happens to it.

Luckily haven't had to use this! But it's nice to know that this is an option if it is needed in the future!

I suppose I won't know until I need to use it, but hopefully that day doesn't come. It's nice to know I don't have to worry for a while if something goes wrong with my screen.

Always a no hassle transaction when I have a problem. If you don’t get it you are a fool!
