Great warranty for the price, it gives you a good way to protect your purchase.

I was very surprised and impressed with the low cost of this contract. I normally don't get these type of warranties, but this was hard to pass up. Haven't needed it yet, thankfully.

Always nice to have a replacement guarantee. Makes it less worrisome that some technology will just stop working and become a door stop.

So far, I haven't had to use this. I hope I don't have to use it. But if I do, it's there. It's kind of pricey, but better to have it than not on big ticket items.

Geek Squad has been extremely helpful in the past. Their protection plan has come in very handy with my laptops over the past year.

I have it 5 for the cost, but have not had to use it yet, so not sure how smooth a claim will be. Hopefully, I will not even have to find out.

I would get the replacement plan on anything I bought at Best Buy. They make exchanging very hassle free when you have a protection plan. Used it on two items and had no issues. Great value

Haven’t used it yet but I like the price and the years that I have to be able to call them if I need anything fixed.

I used to not get warranties but now I do because it’s worth paying $50 or even $100 than having to pay $500 or 1600$ for replacement
