Great monitor, best experience for video editing and gaming

No issues with replacements when needed. This is the way a warranty should work. I had the misfortune of having 2 things break but luckily I had the geek squad protection, bring broken item to store, have them repair or replace, easy peasy.

Every time I have called the Geek Squad, they have explained what was needed, and then fixed the problems. They all have been professional and knowledgeable. I like having the Geek Squad service. Keep up the good work.

I never have any problems when I call or visit in person for help with any of the products I have a protection plan. They are always very helpful and resolves the issue.

Got the new computer set up with software programs

It's a godsend. I purchased a $1,000 monitor and it gave out about a year later. I spoke with a Geek Squad rep on the phone and she was incredibly polite. She didn't give me any hassle and was a pleasure to speak to.

I did it all myself but good online tutorial to install

This is a good thing to have, since most tech hardware dont really last that long, but with just a few more dollars you can get your money's worth back in case something happens to the product you bought

Excellent monitor, have had no issues with it. I have regularly on it. Colors are superb, and there are not any after images as well.

excelant replacement plan took me 10min and i was handed A BRAND NEW MONITOR be aware when you redeem your protection plan you will need to purchase another for the new device it does not transfer

Haven’t used gs yet. I purchased this for a rather expensive gaming monitor I got someone for a gift.

Great service, I took my monitor to return it and they quickly checked everything and returned my payment

Works great, easy to set up, great quality, the only downside is the volume, you need speakers!

Haven’t had to use it yet(luckily) but it is great peace of mind knowing if it should fail, Geek Squad will be there to fix the issue!
