So far I haven't had to use this service, but it is a comfort feeling to know if anything happens to the product that it will be repaired or replace at no charge.

Bought two of these, Best Buy sent one with no hardware to put it together, and the other in a 57 inch monitor box with the hardware free floating in the box. It was saran wrapped in between two other boxes for some reason, and not in either of them, and the corners were sticking out. I have no idea how it is as a monitor. It seems less nice than the ones I've purchased on Amazon.

Unfortunately, I saw screen was damaged by the time I got back home and connected monitor. I will take it back to BestBuy next time I'm in the US for replacement. But video clarity was good.

I had one of these for a monitor that broke and they gave me most of my money back after I took it in. It had a bad HDMI port.

Purchased this service as I was unfamiliar of the manufacturer of the monitor that I purchased. So far I have not had any problems with my monitor and have not used this service.

Purchased the protection coverage in case there is a problem with the product. It is better to be safe than not.
