As a rule of thumb - if you need it, pay the extra bit to get it replaced if in case it breaks down.

Great warranty for a great price. My monitor just quit working and thank god I had the warranty. I just took it in and picked out another one and payed the difference.

I’ve owned 3 LG tvs and 1 Samsung. My experience with LG exceeds far better than Samsung anyday. The pictire quality is superb, the volume output is fantastic, and installation for wall moutning is a piece of cake!

The customer service I receive from my Protection Plan, from Geek Squad, is excellent. About every three months I use their 800 number for the purposes of having them take over my computer and clean all the viruses, malwares, adwares, etc., off of my computer. Occasionally, I have a specific issue with settings, or Outlook, and they are always accommodating in helping me resolve the issue. For the price, I feel I get a very good return on my investment.

Haven't used it yet for this item but I have in the past for other items, and it is a good service. I bought it and realized I didn't need because my other plan would've covered but...

If anything happens is nice to know i have the squad to help. Hopeing this Asus monitor is flawless for years to come!

The fact that I havent had to use this automatically gets 5 stars. But if I were to need it i think its amazing that it offers replacement.

Good coverage, no hassle when you need to replace an item

the only gripe with this warranty is the lack of accidental coverage, but then again I hope you aren't carrying around your monitor everywhere and that its sitting safely and comfortable on your desk and anything. Get this warranty though unless you plan on replacing your monitor after a short amount of time anyway.

Was the only one available that was bigger than 27" that day, honestly didn't expect to love it as much as I do. Its super light and moves super well, and ofc its specs are great!

For the price, you can not beat this monitor. It is lightweight but it doesn't feel cheap. The picture is great. Vivid and clear. I might buy another one!
