I never used to get warranties but now I will always get them. At the end of the day its better to pay $90 for 4 years then to pay $550-$750 full price for a new one if anything were to happen!

The agent who delivered and set up my TV was timely, professional and very informative about using the TV, etc. I bought a PC and had Geek Squad set it up and they were excellent and very informed to answer any questions I had.

This monitor is incredibly good, I love the oval shape and its screen is the ideal size to use it, the colors are very bright, highly recommended.

I don’t usually buy these things but it had value for the price and extra confidence!

Warranty plan is a good purchase. Not always something used but when things great it’s good.

Bought the extra protection for my monitor. It's nice to know that best buy will fix it vs having it sent out and waiting who knows how long for it to be fixed at the manufacture and sent back.

they havnt done anything yet but as soon as i smash my monitor when i lose too many fortnite games and they fix it i’ll update it

I always get a protection plan on my purchases. I've never had a problem getting my item replaced if something goes wrong.

Excellent coverage, happy as the product is and oled , also have separate coverage for the laptop.

Geek squad gave me great service as I was looking for a perfect gift. They laid out all of the terms and conditions for the 2 year warranty I bought for my new laptop. I feel well protected on my new electronic.

I like the idea of the Geek Squad replacement and, although I haven't had to use it lately (thankfully) I have done so in the past and found it to be a good value.

It’s a warranty. You know what it does. If the product your purchasing is going to see constant or strenuous use, or would have to be replaced IMMEDIATELY, then get a warranty. No worrying about cost to replace. 4 years is nice. They didn’t have to do that. Thanks Bestbuy :).

It is better safe than to be sorry, I was able to get my device replaced thanks to this without spending another $1,000 for my monitor.

Usually don’t buy protection plans..but with an expensive monitor we gladly paid to have this great protection

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

Look.... It's insurance right. It's in case S#*T happens stuff. It's also expensive. But... Typically less then a new gaming laptop like I have. So... Either your in or your out. If it's a cheap item like under 200 probably a no. Over that amount we'll more than likely.
