I spoke with a Geek Squad rep on the phone and she was incredibly polite. She didn't give me any hassle and was a pleasure to speak to.

I had the misfortune of having 2 things break but luckily I had the geek squad protection, bring broken item to store, have them repair or replace, easy peasy.
