This is a GREAT service. I renewed this plan in January because it not only takes care of my computer repairs, I get a discount on installation. I will defintely renew again when it is time to renew.

I bought this same model as it is a really good display, but unfortunately the monitor I was an open box model that was scratched and marked down to $299, clearly not the one I purchased. Didn't even come with the original box. Very disappointed that BestBuy would make a mistake like this. Other than that I know for a fact that this monitor is outstanding. Just a fair warning that if you purchase from BestBuy, you should make sure that the product that you are getting is new and not in bad shape.

Pretty good on the turn-around time. Explain what they did through the process and if you need issues with the item again they are willingly to fix it if it was an issue on their end.

Don't remember what product this is tied to but it is one of those purchases that you hope not have to use it. In the past Best Buy treated me well from having this service, so I recommend it.

It do indeed do the beep boop. Also it is definitely wide.

Got this protection for my son’s gaming monitor!!!!! Gives me peace of mind knowing that if there’s ever an issue, they’ll have my back!!!!! I would never buy expensive technology without this protection!!!!!

Purchased the Geek Squad Protection which gives me peace of mind if anything happens to my device. In the past they have gone above and beyond to fix or replace my non working products.

Haven't had to use it yet, but I have worked alot with geek squad and these guys understand the stress of malfunctions, breaks, and issues when dealing with electronis and pc hardware. keep it up guys!

Geek squad helps with any problem pertaining to my monitor. I’ve bought several things and gotten the geek squad warranty and never had a problem with them fixing it.

Having a protection plan is great! If the item doesnt work usually bestbuy will swap it out for you right in store!

So far, I haven’t eat it to use the Geek squad. I have used in the past and they have been OK.

Best peace of mind you can buy! If you’re investing a lot of money into some high quality items, this is a no brainer. It’s more than paid for itself and if you don’t need have to use it? At least you had peace of mind.
