You don't have to ship your item back and forth less hassle. Your product gets replaced with a new one or something in equal price!!

It is difficult and a long process contact the seller of your product warranty to ask the process of shipping the product and the time it takes you is terrible. with the guarantee that offers best buy anything that you worry.

Where the monitor screen made contact with items on the desk there were multi-color lines on the screen. The geek squad replacement protection would replace the new monitor if it were to happen again.

I had the misfortune of having 2 things break but luckily I had the geek squad protection, bring broken item to store, have them repair or replace, easy peasy.
