I always buy geek squad because they are the only ones I trust with my electronics.

I have not had to use this services, but always have had a good experience with best buy

Definitely buy if you’re buying technology that is very vulnerable. It’s great to have a service that can fix any issues you may be having, whether it’s your phone or tv.

Purchased two of these monitors on Sep 20 2024 for occasional use in my motorhome. The purchase was based upon existing reviews / total cost vs amount of expected use. On Oct 17 2024 turned the monitor on for the 1st time. The upper right corner looks like an old CRT monitor that has been cracked. Defective straight out of the box. Best Buy return policy is from Sep 20 to Oct 5. i.e. 2 weeks.

The time period for the price I paid for the coverage was unbeatable. My product is covered until 2022 and although I hope nothing happens to my monitor, I have peace of mind that if anything happens to it, my product is covered.

Very good monitor with perfect hz settings. It works perfect for hdmi or display port settings.

Good software. Comes in handy when needed and you wont need it until you do.

Always have to have geek squad protection anything happens take it back for repair or replacement for same or lower price product on the spot
