Our TV quit working and due to the extended warranty we were able to get a new TV at no cost to us. I always recommend it, especially on large purchases!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this same model as it is a really good display, but unfortunately the monitor I was an open box model that was scratched and marked down to $299, clearly not the one I purchased. Didn't even come with the original box. Very disappointed that BestBuy would make a mistake like this. Other than that I know for a fact that this monitor is outstanding. Just a fair warning that if you purchase from BestBuy, you should make sure that the product that you are getting is new and not in bad shape.
