Monitor Warranty is a waste of money!

He went to lunch today, the screen was fine, he came back and there were vertical and horizontal lines on the screen. My son went to take it in and there was a tiny mark that they could barely find, so they said the warranty was void.

Open Box FAIL

I usually get a decent open box from Best Buy but this was a fail. I brought it back in and getting a new one.

They literally stalled for years. The worst part is the attitudes I received from multiple members. Will never get a warranty from them again, ever

Took it to best buy (with in the two months mind you) and they tell me to send it to LG.. .well two weeks later LG still has not responded to emails or ticket request. Worst EVER.

Nice monitor, but don't touch it
