I'm sure this is a great service, its kind of like car insurance, if you don't wreck your car then you don't ever use it, you have it for JIC? I feel better knowing that I have it for my sons PS5 jic it gets knocked over or quits working for some random reason? Better safe than sorry.

I feel once you buy a protection plan. You should be able to call or get help or replacement anytime. Anything, not just if something goes wrong, because it's a malfunction.

Geek Squad is worth it. I get it on everything and never had a problem with them solving all my technology issues

I purchased the Geek Squad service as an added layer of security/piece of mind. I have used the service once before with another product. It came in handy.

I use this as my office monitor & I appreciate the sleek design. If this is just for webpage viewing or basic work related stuff this monitor will get the job done. Good product for basic users or tech challenged.

Bought a Samsung g90...the size of it really justifies a warranty. Also they seemed to have a lot of issues making them so I took no chances. I don’t often get warranties but this time I did. Just make sure it’s a replacement warranty not repair. Otherwise you might be waiting for your product to be repaired for weeks

Having a Geek Squad Protection plan means not having to worry about budget when an unforeseen service is needed. More important if they can fix it they will replace it. Nice to have special treatment when you have a Service Plan. Not that you won't get service but you can tell.

I've had support from the geek squad members on ensuring this product functioned the way I needed it. With the added protection that if something went wrong with it I would be added.
